  • Sahara Rain: Sahara used to come to Axel while she was working in the Ishgardian stables. Axel had a wealth of chocobo related knowledge that Sahara could depend on for her bird Mojak and visited her regularly when she had questions.
  • Elizabeth Rosa: Rosa saved Axel from a band of rogues later in Axel's career at the Ishgardian stables. All of the chocobos that Axel was transporting ended up dead. Rosa later on, at Axel's request, joined her at her stables and is assisting with operating a mercenary group that also works with the stables.
